Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your JustInCaseNote account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All continuity notes and their content
  • Recipient details
  • Check-in history and event logs
  • Reminder preferences
  • Push notification tokens

Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription first. Go to your device's subscription settings (Settings > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
  • Any active notes will be immediately deactivated and will not be delivered.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@justincasenote.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once deletion is complete.

Data retention

After deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you. We may also retain limited records as required by law or to prevent fraud.
